We at Dubberley’s Electronics / Ready2Rock will always there to support our Stocking Dealers, Contractors, and Retail Customers.  Should you have ANY questions before or after you have purchased Ready2Rock product, please contact us either at  info@ready2rock.ca  or 604 683-2600.  We would be pleased to assist you with technical support or system layout.  With Ready2Rock offer ease, value and support.


Shipping
Orders over $200 in value will be shipped prepaid within Canada.  Orders over $300 in value will be shipped prepaid to the US.
Warranty
It is important that all our customers are happy with their speaker system, so Dubberley`s Electronics and Ready2Rock has a very simple warranty and return policy;
All our products have a two year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects.  The product will be either repaired or replaced upon receipt of the defective product and prepaid return shipping to the customer will be included.  (Sorry, warranty doesn`t cover damage due to abuse).Areturn authorization number is required… please give us a call.

Returns
If the customer isn`t happy with the operation or quality of any of the Ready2Rock speaker system products, please return the product for a full refund (shipping cost excluded) within 90 days of original purchase.A return authorization number is required… please give us a call.
